eddi March 25, 2004 Share March 25, 2004 A 30 gallon tank is way too small even for the smallest eel, let alone two. Eels need both swimming and hiding places, I would not even consider anything less than a 75 or 90 gallon. I have 2 eels in my refugium... it's a 125 gallon. Just my .02.
